cables are something i have never tried, but the beautiful owls by kate davies is on my to do list for 2012 so, for practice i have this dishcloth by baldwin designs lined up next.
can't wait to get started. at the moment i'm mired in the quagmire that is my gilet court d'ete. i've so far knitted a cardigan for me, a cardigan for luke and a bag since i've cast this on. the problem with my apathy towards this is i just don't like the colour...i can only describe it as waxy wine, it seriously does look like a blackcurrant wine gum. i should've frogged ages ago but 3 skeins later its still on the needles - once i've started something i'm like a dog with a bone.
